Dr. Mobley is a graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine, and a reputable board certified pediatrician in the Mobile Community.  She established PrimeCare Pediatrics in 2004, later merging with Mobile Pediatric Clinic in 2014. She is known for her dedication by achieving and maintaining the best standards of care possible, while treating the “whole patient.”

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she has served as adjunct teaching faculty for the University of South Alabama and is currently on a committee to increase diversity and inclusion within the University.  Dr. Mobley mentors students pursuing healthcare careers and is active in child advocacy relating to state and national policies affecting the health and welfare of children. She is equally passionate about the link between healthcare disparities to early education, nutrition and childhood obesity.   Dr. Mobley’s commitment to her patients maintains her community connection.

LaTanya Bryant is a native of Mobile, AL, and is a wife and mother of three. LaTanya is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998. She worked for seventeen years as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center and received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2014.

LaTanya is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is authorized for Advanced Practice Nursing by the Alabama Board of Nursing and approved for the Collaborative Practice with Norma Mobley, M.D.

Rachel Wiley, a native of Charlotte, NC, is a wife and mother of 4 children. Rachel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1999. She worked 12 years as a Pediatric nurse and spent the last five of those working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Mobile. She received her Master of Science in nursing degree in December 2015 from the University of South Alabama. Rachel is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Brooks is a Mobile native who received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of South Alabama. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU. Dr. Brooks has a special interest in vaccination rates, the mother-infant dyad, and early childhood development. When she is not caring for her patients, Dr. Brooks likes visiting local coffee shops, reading, hiking, visit new places, and cuddling with her pets, Mia and Louie.

Dr. Savells earned her medical degree with a combined Master’s Degree at the University of Louisville.  She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Louisville.  She has held positions as a medical director in clinics and hospitalist programs at the University of Louisville, University of Maryland, and University of South Alabama.  Dr. Savells has written several articles published in medical journals and currently serves as a clinical Adjunct Associate Professor for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama.  She opened Mobile Pediatric Clinic in 2012 and serves as co-owner and co-medical director with Dr. Norma Mobley.

Dr. Savells has four grown children and has lived in Mobile for many years. She enjoys outdoor activities such as running and camping. Dr. Savells is a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
