Effective December 2nd our Midtown Office currently located at 32 Tacon Street will move to 1835 Old Shell Road at the corner of Carlen
Street. Walk-ins will be accepted at our Midtown location between the hours of 7:30 am – 8:30 am for established patients sick visits only.

Dr. Savells developed her career as a pediatrician over the past twenty years. She is active in the community and serves on multiple hospital committees at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital and is an Adjunct Associate Professor for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama.
Dr. Savells and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Sosnowski, have made a home here in Mobile with their four children. Dr. Savells and her family enjoy going to their children’s many sports games, watching their oldest play in the McGill-Toolen band, and being active parishioners at St. Mary Catholic Church.

Danielle Madison Williams, CPNP
As a native of Mobile, Madison Williams is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. Madison received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama in 2017. Madison has been a nurse for six years and has worked for almost four years at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and certified as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Dr. Mobley is a graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine, and a reputable board certified pediatrician in the Mobile Community. She established PrimeCare Pediatrics in 2004, later merging with Mobile Pediatric Clinic in 2014. She is known for her dedication by achieving and maintaining the best standards of care possible, while treating the “whole patient.”
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she has served as adjunct teaching faculty for the University of South Alabama and is currently on a committee to increase diversity and inclusion within the University. Dr. Mobley mentors students pursuing healthcare careers and is active in child advocacy relating to state and national policies affecting the health and welfare of children. She is equally passionate about the link between healthcare disparities to early education, nutrition and childhood obesity. Dr. Mobley’s commitment to her patients maintains her community connection.
LaTanya Bryant, CRNP
LaTanya Bryant is a native of Mobile, AL, and is a wife and mother of three. LaTanya is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998. She worked for seventeen years as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center and received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2014.
LaTanya is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is authorized for Advanced Practice Nursing by the Alabama Board of Nursing and approved for the Collaborative Practice with Norma Mobley, M.D.
Rachel Wiley, CPNP
Rachel Wiley, a native of Charlotte, NC, is a wife and mother of 4 children. Rachel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1999. She worked 12 years as a Pediatric nurse and spent the last five of those working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Mobile. She received her Master of Science in nursing degree in December 2015 from the University of South Alabama. Rachel is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Sarah Beth McPherson, MSN, FNP-C
Sarah Beth McPherson joined the Focus-MD family in February, 2017. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in December 2016 with her Master’s in Nursing and received her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. A Tennessee native, Sarah Beth moved to Mobile 10 years ago where she attended and graduated from the University of Mobile with a Bachelor’s in Theology. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, Alabama State Nurses Association, and the Bay Area Nurse Practitioner Association. Sarah Beth is married with three beautiful girls and in her spare time enjoys singing, painting, and fun activities with her family.
